Wife, Mom, Health & Fitness Motivator Starting my weight loss journey at 300 lbs presented me with a lot to learn and a lot of failing forward. We all begin from having walked in different shoes, life circumstances and levels of self esteem, but the single most important thing in common for success is BELIEF in yourself that it IS possible. Because it is. Whatever you believe, you are right. Being a Beachbody Coach has given me the platform to help you see your potential, provide you the tools for your success and to celebrate with you in your achievement! Everything changed for me the day I decided to take a chance on myself, step outside of my comfort zone, commit to just showing up, pushing play and doing "me." I didn't have to get all the moves, but TurboFire changed my life. I felt empowered, strong, fit and I found it all inside thanks to the help of Beachbody. When you feel this way, and the opportunity to pay it forward is handed to you and it feels meant to be. As the founder of Whole Heart Nation, I welcome anyone who has the same passion that I do to pay it forward to others and join me on my team.
